Step 1) Goto List Settings
Step 2) Click on All Items View
Step 3) select inline Editing as shown below
Step 4) Click OK
Step 5) After Enabling inline edit list item will look like this.(instead on popup dialog box, edit boxes will appear for each field) as shown below
